Summer and winter time in Africa
All African countries use always standard time except Tunesia, Egypt and
Namibia.
Tunesia and Namibia have GMT+1 for winter time and Egypt has GMT+2 for winter time.
GMT for Marocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Gambia, Guinea, Mali always
standard time.
GMT+1 for Algeria, Niger, Nigeria, Chad, Central African Republic, Congo, Gabon, Angola
always standard time.
GMT+2 for Lybia, DR Congo, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, South Africa
always standard time.
GMT+3 for Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenia, Tanzania, Madagascar always standard time.
